How long does a detail take?
An exterior detail typically takes 1.5–2 hours, an interior detail about 1.5–2 hours, and a full detail runs 3–4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. We'll give you a time estimate when we confirm your booking.
What do I need to provide?
Just your vehicle and access to a water spigot if possible. We bring all our own equipment, power, products, and supplies. If there's no water access, let us know when booking and we'll bring our own water tank.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Bay City and surrounding areas including Midland, Saginaw, Auburn, Pinconning, Standish, and anywhere within about 30 miles of Bay City. Travel fees may apply for locations further out.
Do prices change based on vehicle size?
Yes — we have tiered pricing for sedans/coupes, SUVs/crossovers, and trucks/large vehicles. Check our Services page for the full breakdown by vehicle type.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Payment is collected after the detail is complete and you're satisfied with the results.
What if it rains on my appointment day?
We'll reach out to reschedule if the weather doesn't cooperate. Interior details can usually still be done in light rain since we're working inside the vehicle. We'll always communicate and find a time that works.
